Ruben is amazing. He helped me through the entire process. We found and closed within two months. He took care of everything. He is so professional and well rounded. A joy to even be around when looking for a new home. Everytime I had a question he would reply in such a timely manner I didn’t even think about asking anyone else. He explained all the paperwork and terms so I could understand it on a better level. My level. The thing about Ruben is he loves his job. It shows. When you love what you do, you give it your all. He did exactly that in finding me a new home. He is such a joy to be around and made me so comfortable on my first home purchase. I am highly satisfied and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. We purchased our home with Ruben in 2012 as first time home owners. Ruben really went above and beyond in making sure my family had the perfect home. My fiancé and I were out walking one day and stumbled across an open house, we decided to take a look inside and see what this home had to offer. Unbeknownst to the realtor we just found out we were pregnant and were looking into possibly purchasing a forever home for our new family. The realtor did not pressure us into any type of obligation, nor was he annoying us by following us around everywhere. (Some inexperienced realtors tend to do this...). Instead whenever we would pass him in the open house, he would initiate conversation; which was warm, inviting and understanding to the fact that we were just taking a walk. Due to this serendipitous walk, we saw this as a sign and decided to meet with Mr. Ruben Davis. Taking a chance to see what exactly my fiancé and I were able to do was a huge milestone for us. We basically had to lay all financial information out on the table for either of us to see, which can be challenging within itself. Ruben allowed us to see each others flaws financially and turn it into an advantage of what we can accomplish within a year. It was a long process searching for our home, but Ruben was more than willing to put in the time and effort to help us accomplish our goal of a "forever home" before the birth of our daughter. Ruben even allowed us to see a home late in the evening because it was convenient for our schedule! After ten long months of searching for a house we have come to know Ruben as a kind, respectful, and quirky sense of humor type of individual that we can honestly say did everything in his power to ensure we were 1000% satisfied with our decision. Sadly, we did not find a home in time for the birth of our first daughter, but we did close on a short sale home one month after and it was truly meant to be. We have now been here for a little over 2 years, and could not be happier, we also have another daughter that can enjoy this beautiful home Ruben found for us. We thank Ruben as a family for providing a beautiful stable home in a wonderful neighborhood, where our children can grow in safety and love. I would recommend Ruben Davis to any person looking for a new place to call home or just to get a view on where you stand so you eventually can. Undoubtedly, I assure you that you will receive the highest level of service and satisfaction from Ruben Davis, as I know we did.

I met Ruben at an open house he was having. I started working with him to buy a house in the Pasadena area. Ruben was not only great at showing me many properties but he was always very willing to put in offers and share his opinion about the price, neighborhood and comparables. He is very easy to get a hold of - at pretty much any time and is always willing to answer questions or discuss concerns. He is transparent in his handling of your offers, how your finances looks, what you can really afford, and what you to be looking for.

Ruben was amazing, I interviewed several different real estate agents before meeting Ruben. After meeting him I knew he would be perfect for me and you could tell he would be there for me every step of the way. As a 1st time home buyer he was available to answer all of my questions and he also was very patient as I wanted to look at multiple properties weekly.

We eventually were able to find a property that went on the market and made an offer the same day. In Burbank inventory was very scare but Ruben was able to get me a great property under value.
